Ditching Diets: How to Lose Weight in a Way You Can Maintain



I really love how this book talks about the brain and how to change your thinking. That was really helpful. I think this could be the perfect book for some people, but I was a little bugged that she tells you you can eat anything you want, but then goes on to say how you should avoid sugar and wheat. I understand her point; that you can know you can eat anything without eating it, but I don't think that's true for everyone. But like I said, I do get what she's saying and it might be the 'answer' for some people. I'd give it a shot, for sure.
